Cost Breakdown

USAV: There is a USAV fee of $95 that goes directly to USAV and not SAVA. This fee is separate from your SAVA dues. For your convenience, you can find the link here.

Any athlete interested in participating in SAVA will need to bring a completed USAV membership form to the tryout. Athletes will not be able to tryout/participate without this form.

Tryout Fee: There is a $50 tryout fee.

Deposit: If placed on a team there is a $500 deposit that is due within one week of placement.

Monthly Dues: Starting in January, there will be a monthly payment due by the 5th of each month. If paid after the 5th there is a mandatory $25 late fee. Your membership fees cover the cost of the gym, coaching fees, tournament fees, etc. Total fees are listed below.

Gear: This season, we will be using 431 as our gear distributor as a convenient and cost-effective way to receive your team gear. Moving forward, you will be able to customize what you purchase (no need to buy extra backpacks, practice shirts, spandex, etc. if your athlete does not need it). The cost of the gear package was removed from your total membership fees this season. Parents you will also be able to buy gear at 431!

Total Fees for the season broken down by level:

National Teams - $2700
-8 total competitions, some 2 day tournaments, some 3 day tournaments.
-Finish with AAU Nationals in Orlando (4 day tournament).
-3 practices per week.
-One of these tournaments will have a stay and play requirement (Big South). This total fee does not include travel costs such as hotels, but does include coaches costs and additional tournament fees.
-We will look to have a national level team for ages 14 & up.

Regional Teams - $1700
-5 total competitions, all 2 day tournaments.
-No overnight requirements.
-3 practices per week.
-This level is available for all ages.

Grassroots - $1050
-5 total competitions, Friday evenings.
-3 practices per week.
-This level will be available for 12 & Under. We are looking to add younger ages to Grassroots (10s and 11s).
